Build
The Build section of the Vonage API Dashboard is where you configure and activate the API products powering your communications. Here, you can set up applications and manage phone numbers to enable messaging, voice, video, and network API features.

Applications
A Vonage Application groups your API credentials, webhook endpoints, and product capabilities together. You need at least one application before you can use most Vonage APIs.
Phone Numbers
Buy, port, and manage virtual phone numbers linked to your Vonage account. Numbers can be assigned to applications to enable inbound and outbound messaging or voice calls.
Messaging
Send and receive messages across SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Viber, and RCS. The Messaging section also provides access to the Messages Sandbox for testing, External Accounts for channel configuration, 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and the RCS Agent Builder.
Voice
Make and receive calls, configure SIP trunking, test call flows with the Voice Playground, and inspect live and historical call activity with Voice Inspector. Trusted Calling (PSTN Branded Calling) is also configured here.
Video
Manage your Video API applications and sessions. Getting Started walks you through initial setup, while Add-ons and Tools give you access to archiving, broadcasting, and analytics features.
Identity Insights
Access number intelligence and fraud signals at the network level. Identity Insights lets you query real-time subscriber and SIM data to reduce fraud and improve verification flows.
Verify
Configure and monitor phone number verification workflows. The Verify section includes a request history view and tools for testing verification flows directly from the dashboard.
Network Registry
Register devices and SIM cards with network-level APIs. Network Registry enables use cases that depend on carrier-level identity and device-binding capabilities.
Conversation API
Create and manage multi-channel conversations across voice, messaging, and WebRTC. The Conversation API section provides a UI for creating conversations and inspecting members, events, and legs.
