US & Canada Toll-Free Number Registration
A Toll-Free Number (TFN) is a 10-digit phone number that can be dialed at no charge by the person placing the call, while the recipient bears the charges. Vonage offers TFN voice services in approximately 140 countries. In the US and Canada, each TFN begins with a distinguishing prefix such as 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, or 833.
The US and Canada offer TFN voice, plus text and picture messaging capabilities. TFNs allow A2P business organizations to send and receive SMS text and MMS picture messages. For SMS and MMS, message and data rates may apply.
All purchased TFNs must be registered to ensure SMS and MMS message delivery. TFNs that have not been registered will have their messages blocked.
Note: Vonage does not currently process bulk registrations through this portal.
