Create a Vonage JWT Token

The vcr object on the SDK allows you to create a Vonage JWT token to use with the Vonage APIs. You need to supply an expiry date. You can optionally supply ACL paths and a subject.

CreateVonageTokenParams:

exp: (Number) The expiry date of the JWT, in Unix epoch time.
aclPaths: (JSON object) The allowed paths of the JWT.
subject: (String) A subject (username) for the JWT.
