Generate JWTs
The Client SDK uses JWTs for authentication. The JWT identifies the user name, the associated application ID and the permissions granted to the user. It is signed using your private key to prove that it is a valid token. You need to generate a JWT for each user.
Run the following command, remember to replace the app-id flag value with id of your application and private-key with the path of your private key file. Replace sub flag value with Alice the first time you run the command, and Bob for the second time.
NOTE: We'll be creating a one-time use JWT on this page for testing. In production apps, your server should expose an endpoint that generates a JWT for each client request. View examples of generating JWTs using the Vonage Server SDKs.

NOTE: The devices and push ACL paths are only required for Android and iOS. The above ACL paths are unrestricted, and for use for testing purposes only. To learn more about restricting your ACL paths, view the authentication guide.
The above commands set the expiry of the JWT to one day from now, which is the maximum.Make a note of the JWT you generated for each user.
