The Trusted Numbers feature is available for Fraud Defender Premium customers.

Trusted Numbers assures the Fraud Defender protections you set up won’t impact SMS traffic you consider legitimate. Here is how:

When using the SMS API, send us the additional parameter trusted-number with value true.

All SMS traffic flagged as trusted won’t be blocked by the Fraud Defender Protection you set up: Traffic Rules, AIT Protection and SMS Burst Protection.
