Verify APIは、ユーザーにSMSを送信することで検証プロセスを開始する。もしユーザーが受信したコードを 一定期間この場合、Verify APIは2回目のSMSを送信する。それでも応答が得られない場合は、TTS（Text-to-Speech）コールを試みる。
