Verify APIは、ユーザーにSMSを送信することで検証プロセスを開始する。もしユーザーが受信したコードを 一定期間この場合、Verify APIは2回目のSMSを送信する。それでも応答が得られない場合は、TTS(Text-to-Speech)コールを試みる。
