Network Registry Change Requests
Once you have created a business profile, you may want to update the information originally provided - for example, you may want to add new countries to your profile to expand coverage when using Network Features.
Submitting a Change Request
First, navigate to Network Registry on the dashboard and select the business profile you wish to edit. Click View Details to see the button to request a change:

Once selected, you'll be guided through the same fields you filled out to create the business profile. You can request to change any field, or add any country available for your chosen Network Features. Here, France has been added to the country selection:

In the business profile details, you will see details of the changes you've requested and the status of the request, along with the option to cancel the request if it is no longer needed:

When a change request is submitted, Vonage will review the request and seek approval from mobile operators where needed. Until the request has been approved, your original business profile will remain active.
Once the request has been accepted or rejected, you will see confirmation in the business profile details:

If configured in your notification settings, you will also receive email notifications as the request is processed by Vonage's network partners.
