Introduction
It’s a pleasure to announce that Conversations for Salesforce (CSF) is Generally Available today on Salesforce AppExchange!
Our product is a Salesforce (SF) Connector powered by Vonage APIs, which enables Salesforce users on the Sales & Service cloud to engage with their customers from within Salesforce via SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, via 1-way manual and automated notifications, as well as 2-way conversations.
Features
CSF boasts of a lot of powerful features, including no-code, no-hassle onboarding, and the key value creation being in enabling personalized conversations and smart handling of incoming messages via flows (made on Salesforce Flow Builder). It integrates easily with Salesforce features like reporting and analytics, creating cases in conversations, transferring cases from one agent to another, opening/closing a case as needed, etc.
The latest package now supports new features like WhatsApp template management at the Admin level as well.
