Overview

The Vonage Conversations for Salesforce package enables you to engage in two-way conversations with your customers directly from the Salesforce CRM, using any combination of SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp messaging. You can also trigger bots or various interactions based on any condition through no-code development using the recommended Salesforce workflow tools, seamlessly blending between bots and agents.
