Creates an audio transformer from a Vonage Media Library transformer. For more information, see Using the Vonage Media Processor library.
Important: In version 2.27.2+ of the Vonage Video client SDK for Windows, you need to install the Vonage Media Library separately from the Vonage Video Windows SDK. For details, see Vonage Media Library integration. Check additional information in the Vonage Media Library README.md file.
