US Number Deactivation File

This resource retrieves a list of United States phone numbers that have been deactivated by mobile network carriers within a 24 hour period. A deactivated phone number refers to a number that a carrier has removed from service for a user, typically due to one of two reasons:

• The user has changed mobile carriers.

• The user has closed their account.

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations.

• Prevent the risk of sending messages to newly assigned mobile number users who have not provided prior opt-in messaging consent.
