Number Insight Analytics

Effective February 4, 2027, Vonage will sunset Vonage Number Insights. To ensure uninterrupted support and to provide a more scalable and future-proof solution, we encourage you to migrate to our enhanced offering: Vonage Identity Insights API. The Vonage Identity Insights API consolidates multiple phone number-related datasets into a single, flexible API, allowing you to request real-time information about a phone number and retrieve any combination of insights - such as number formatting, carrier details, SIM Swap and Subscriber Match - in one call.

The Number Insight Analytics section gives you an overview of your Number Insight API usage. You can track lookup volumes over time and break them down by day or month.

To access it, navigate to Monitor → Analytics → Number Insight Analytics.

Overview

Number Insight Overview

Displays a summary of total Number Insight API requests across all lookup types (Basic, Standard, and Advanced) for a selected time period.

  1. Navigate to Monitor → Analytics → Number Insight Analytics.
  2. Select a date range using the date picker.

By Day

Number Insight By Day

Breaks down usage on a day-by-day basis.

  1. Click the By Day tab.
  2. Select a date range.
  3. To export, click Download.

By Month

Number Insight By Month

Aggregates usage by calendar month for long-term trend tracking.

  1. Click the By Month tab.
  2. Select a date range.
  3. To export, click Download.
