Subscription Hub

The Subscription Hub allows you to view the details of your subscriptions in one place, including the status, level, and monthly price.

You can find the Subscription Hub in the dashboard, under Control → Subscription Hub.

Monitor Your Active Subscriptions

In this section, you'll see a list of all of your active subscriptions, including the Name, Status, and Monthly Price:

Click any subscription in the 'Product name' column to view more information on what your subscription includes and the different tiers available.

Upcoming Features

The Subscription Hub will be expanded throughout 2026 to add new features:

  • Upgrade or downgrade subscription tiers directly from the Dashboard (where available) - manage your subscriptions independently through the Vonage Dashboard, without contacting Vonage support.
  • Cancel subscriptions at any time (prepaid: same-day with pro-rated refund; postpaid: access continues until end of billing cycle).
  • Discover and activate new Vonage products and bundles that compliment your existing subscriptions.
