Kamila Tokarska Joins the Vonage Developer Relations Team

Hi there! 

I’m Kamila Tokarska, and I’m thrilled to be joining Vonage as a Technical Writer.

I come from a world where clarity meets creativity. With a background in UX writing and technical documentation spanning ERP systems, APIs, and developer tools, I enjoy creating clear, user-focused content that makes technology feel intuitive to users. I believe that solid documentation makes the developer and user worlds go round!

Being a technical writer is a combination of collaboration and autonomy. I enjoy working closely with developers, UX designers, QA specialists, and product managers to build meaningful user journeys, and I am excited when asked to own projects from start to finish.

Sometimes I feel like I am living a double life. One half is spent on documentation and tech, the other on stage. In 2022, I became a Central and Eastern European Champion in Humorous Public Speaking (yes, I was titled the funniest person in seven countries for the entire year!) and also had the pleasure of being a TEDx speaker and a lecturer in public presentations at the Wrocław University of Economics. Since the stage has been a part of my life since I was 4, I’ve also danced professionally for many years and trained in theatrical improvisation. I truly believe that communication is both a science and an art.

I’m incredibly excited to bring my energy and experience to Vonage, and I look forward to creating something great that will make communication even easier!
