Setting Up Service Records
- Navigate to your Genesys Cloud account and go to Administration > Telephony > Trunk.
- In the Service Records section, enter the following two nearest SRV records:
sip-ap1.nexmo.comsip-ap2.nexmo.com
Note: Genesys Cloud does not support DNS SRV, so do not specify sip.nexmo.com.
Configuring Authentication
In the Authentication section, enter your username and password as they were defined for the trunk.
Setting Up SIP Forwarding
Enter the following IP addresses for SIP forwarding:
216.147.0.1216.147.0.2216.147.1.1216.147.1.2216.147.2.1216.147.2.2216.147.3.1216.147.3.2216.147.4.1216.147.4.2216.147.5.1216.147.5.2
Configuring Codecs
Under the Codec section, select the following codecs:
PCMU (G711u)PCMA (G711a)g729 (without annexdb)G722
Setting Up DTMF
For DTMF, choose RTP events as the preferred method.
