External Accounts

External Accounts are messaging accounts outside of Vonage, such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, RCS and Viber. You can link and unlink your Vonage Messages to and from these external accounts using two methods:

• The Developer Dashboard
• The External Accounts API

The API supports Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, RCS and Viber. Further channels may be supported in the future.
