Network Volume Alerts for SMS. This new alert for Fraud Defender Advanced/Premium is automatically raised when the SMS volume observed on a given network deviates significantly from its historical baseline, helping you detect and respond to unusual activity before it escalates. AIT Protection Usability Improvements. The AIT Protection setup page has been redesigned to make it easier to configure the right protection level from day one. Each mode (None, Standard, High) now includes a plain-language explanation of its behaviour and trade-offs, so you can make informed decisions without guesswork.

Countries Management. Fraud Defender customers can now allow or block SMS and Voice traffic to any country with a single click, directly from the dashboard. No more managing complex traffic rule combinations. The Countries Management section gives you a clear view of which destinations are allowed or blocked, per channel, at a glance. Try it here.
Verify Conversion Alerts. Verify Conversion Alerts can now be managed in Fraud Defender for all Verify customers. An alert is raised per channel (SMS or Voice) when your verification conversion rate drops to 35% or below for a given network.

Network blocks with TTL. Block SMS and/or Voice traffic to a specific mobile network and set a timer to lift the block automatically. Check our developer guide to know more.
Inbound Traffic Rules. Block incoming traffic to your applications by setting inbound rules.

SMS Burst Protection. SMS Burst Protection has been extended from select countries to worldwide coverage, ensuring your traffic is protected regardless of destination. Performance optimizations now trigger protection within seconds of the limit being reached, dramatically reducing your exposure to fraud and inflated traffic costs.
