Join the Weekly Vonage Developer Office Hours - Starting May 12
Time to read: 3 minutes
Join our weekly Developer Office Hours live on the Vonage Developer YouTube Channel
If you’ve ever hit a wall while trying to integrate Vonage, whether it’s a strange API response, an auth flow that won’t cooperate, or just a “Where do I even start?!” moment, then this is for you.
Starting May 12, 2026, the Vonage Developer Relations team will be hosting weekly Developer Office Hours on YouTube Live. These are free, live, 60-minute sessions where you can bring your real-world questions and get real-time help from the DevRel team in a safe, judgment-free space.
No slides. No sales pitch. Just hands-on support while you build.
What to Expect
Each session runs 60 minutes and follows this simple format:
5 min — Quick intro and housekeeping (ok, a few slides)
50 min — Live Q&A and problem-solving (the good stuff)
5 min — Where to go from here and how to stay connected
Whether you're just getting started with the Vonage APIs or you're in a production integration, you're welcome to join. Bring your blockers, your code snippets, your architecture questions, and whatever's slowing you down. If we can’t answer it live, we’ll get back to you later.
Session Schedule
Sessions alternate between US and UK time slots so developers across time zones can participate. Here's the pilot schedule:

Who Should Join?
These sessions are designed for:
Developers onboarding to Vonage APIs for the first time
Active builders integrating SMS, Voice, Verify, or other Communication APIs
Community members who need quick, expert guidance
Startups in the Vonage Startup Program are looking for more hands-on support
Note: Office Hours are focused on learning and enablement. They are not a replacement for formal support channels or help with production outages. For account issues or urgent production problems, please use the Vonage Support Portal.
Startup Office Hours
We're also running dedicated Startup Office Hours four times during the pilot (May 26 and Jun 23 in the US; two additional UK slots). These sessions are designed to provide startups in the Vonage Startup Program with a more tailored, high-touch experience. A signup is required to confirm your participation in the program.

Why We’re Launching Weekly Office Hours
Honestly? We want to hear from you.
Every session is an opportunity for us to understand where developers are getting stuck, what's missing from the docs, and what we should build next. Your questions directly inform the content we create, the samples we write, and the feedback we share with the product team.
So come with your toughest questions. We'll see you on May 12th.
