AI Dominates the Second Vonage Startup Program Cohort

AI is the defining theme among the latest startups joining the Vonage Startup Program from the US, Europe, LATAM, and Africa. Today, we're thrilled to introduce the first six of the 21 startups selected for our second cohort of 2026. BrainCX builds AI agents for regulated industries such as healthcare, behavioral health, higher education, and financial services. BimpeAI is an API-first platform that lets businesses design custom AI agent workflows around their existing standard operating procedures (SOPs). It connects customer relationship management (CRMs), enterprise resource planning (ERPs), and systems of record directly into those workflows. Their agents handle real actions such as processing orders, resolving support tickets, and upselling, across voice calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat, and SMS.
Using Vonage's Voice API and SIP Trunking, BimpeAI is running voice agent deployments for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks across UK and African markets, with enterprise clients including a combined downstream enterprise portfolio of $500M through their Business Service Partners. The Vonage Startup Program grant directly accelerated their enterprise voice workflow deployment, a perfect example of what this program is designed to do.
When someone calls a real estate agency, property manager, or rental company, Revox's AI phone agent picks up immediately, determines what the caller needs, and handles it autonomously, or routes to the right person with full context. Their multi-level AI receptionist includes specialized sub-agents for rentals, sales, and property management.
Revox uses Vonage's Voice API and SIP for real-time call handling, SMS for sending documents and confirmations, and Verification for identity checks across markets, all from a single provider covering voice, messaging, and verification globally. Founded by two engineers and backed by early investors in Revolut and Wise, Revox raised €3M in September 2025 and is on a mission to become the voice layer for real estate globally.
Cyberiad is a multi-agent AI SaaS platform built exclusively for dental service organizations (DSOs) and multi-office dental practices. It sits on top of existing practice management systems as an intelligent coordination layer, automating non-clinical workflows across all locations while remaining fully HIPAA-compliant.
Vonage underpins Cyberiad's HIPAA-ready patient communications and engagement infrastructure, enabling the development of compliant, scalable patient communication across their dental practice network. Since launching, Cyberiad's story has been picked up by over 200 outlets including the Associated Press, a testament to the demand for purpose-built AI in healthcare.
InsightPlay is an AI Customer Engagement Platform built for acquisition, retention, and reactivation, helping enterprises build customer-facing agentic AI ecosystems that engage and convert across channels.
