Countries

The Fraud Defender Countries management feature allows you to limit your exposure to fraudulent activity by blocking all destination countries you don’t have business with.

Keep in mind that traffic rules take precedence: if you create an allow traffic rule for a prefix, all numbers matching such prefix or range won't be blocked by ANY Fraud Defender protection. Additionally, if you create a block rule for a prefix, all traffic matching such a prefix or range will be blocked (regardless of the destination being enabled in the countries feature).

You can access to the countries feature from the Fraud Defender dashboard, scroll to the Protections section and click on the “Review” button found on the Countries tile:

Observe that you can block or allow traffic towards a continent for a specific channel (Voice or SMS) with a single click or customize per country and per channel.
