Logs
The Logs section provides real-time visibility into every API request across your Vonage account. View individual messages, calls, and API transactions with detailed information about delivery status, errors, and webhooks.
Access Logs
- Log in to your Vonage Dashboard
- Navigate to Logs.
- Select the product you want to view (SMS, Voice, Messages, Verify, Video, Number Insight).
Select a product to view its dedicated logs guide:
- SMS Logs - Track outbound and inbound SMS messages
- Voice Logs - Monitor call activity and connection quality
- Messages Logs - View multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, RCS, etc.)
- Verify Logs - Track OTP verification requests
- Video Logs - Monitor video session activity
- Identity Insights Logs - View number lookup requests
