Analytics
The Analytics section provides visual insights into your API usage, delivery performance, and spending patterns across all Vonage products. Track trends over time, identify issues by country or carrier, and optimize your integration for better results.
Access Analytics
- Log in to your Vonage Dashboard
- Navigate to Monitor → Analytics in the left sidebar.
- Select the product you want to analyze (SMS, Voice, Messaging, Verify, Video, Number Insight).
Each product has its own dedicated analytics page with relevant metrics and charts.
What You Can Track
- Message and call volume - See how much traffic you're sending
- Delivery rates - Monitor success rates by country and network
- Cost breakdown - Understand spending by destination
- Traffic trends - Identify patterns and peak usage times
- Performance issues - Spot delivery problems or quality degradation
Key Features
- Filter by date range - View daily, weekly, or monthly data
- Drill down by country - Identify regional performance issues
- Export reports - Download data as CSV for analysis
- Visual dashboards - Charts and graphs for easy interpretation
Product-Specific Analytics
Select a product to view its dedicated analytics guide:
- SMS Analytics - Track SMS message volume, delivery rates, and costs
- Voice Analytics - Monitor call duration, success rates, and spending
- Messaging Analytics - Analyze multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, RCS, etc.)
- Verify Analytics - Track OTP delivery performance and conversion rates
- Video Analytics - Monitor video session quality and usage
- Number Insight Analytics - Track the number of number insight requests and their associated costs.
